Our In-Person Support is designed to tackle bureaucracy headaches by sending one of our team with you to your next appointment. Who This Is For: You're facing an important or emotionally stressful admin appointment. Maybe it’s your first visit to the préfecture, maybe you’ve been denied aid, or maybe you just don’t feel comfortable going alone. Let us come with you. What’s Included: - 25-minute Discovery Call (with onboarding & quote) - 1 in-person appointment (up to 3 hours) - Admin prep support (doc checklist, explanation drafting) - Notes recap + email summary - A 25-minute follow-up calls for guidance or review (Complex package only) Pricing: - Simple Appointment: €320 (≤2 hrs, no follow-up needed) - Complex Appointment: €480+ (2–3 hrs, emotional/complex topic, includes follow-up) - A Loyalty Reward voucher of 10% off your next service 💡 Add-On Policies & Discounts - Need extra time? €80/hour add-on available if RDV exceeds 3 hours - Research required? €40 flat fee
